New Yoga Weekly Class Schedule, Starting in July!

  • Tuesdays 6:15- 7:30pm — begins July 14th
  • Thursdays 6:15- 7:30pm — begins July 23rd
  • Saturdays 9:00-10:30am — begins July 18th

These classes are based on the pillars of Forrest Yoga

The intent of the classes are to serve each person’s experience effectively and with care, so that they are resourced with practical and accessible tools to create and sustain a practice that meets their personal goals.

This class is appropriate for all bodies, all levels (including no experience) and for those recovering from illness and injury. Modifications will be given to support each person’s practice.

Each session will combine meditation, breathing and movement practices that strengthen the ability to feel and pay attention. By using 9 Basic Moves, participants will learn to design and soothe their internal environment, build a connection to their physical and energetic core and increase their breath capacity.
