I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Psychology from Prescott College, and a Masters degree from Smith College. In addition to my practice at TMP, I provide psychotherapy at Cambridge Health Alliance in one of their primary care clinics.
I have an integrative, action-oriented and collaborative approach to psychotherapy, pulling from several modalities. My specialization and interests includes IFS (Internal Family Systems) and IFIO (Intimacy from the Inside Out) as well as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectic Behavior Therapy), mindfulness based stress reduction, behavioral therapy and other behavioral medicine techniques. While these techniques can be life changing, I believe that the client-therapist relationship is the foundation where all work happens.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and groups and have a special interest in working with folks struggling with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), and/or other anxiety related difficulties as well as depression and trauma related symptoms.
I am currently on leave and not accepting new clients. I will be returning in June, 2018.
