Harnessing Hope and Creativity

No life can be lived without hardships and challenges. It is impossible to escape aging, sickness, and death for all are part of life and proof of a life being lived. How can we create the greatest value amidst life’s realities of challenge, impermanence and flux? Come join me in learning ways to harness your creativity. Through a system of inquiry, you will explore how to unleash your strength and courage and find hope where you thought it could not exist. Together we will challenge self-imposed limitations and turn them around in an effort to transform your own life into one filled with hope and victory. Celebrate your life!

This is a 45-60 minute workshop that includes some larger group discussion as well as small break-outs.
