Learn about some of our neighborhood plant friends that can help ease us into the spring and summer and soothe our systems. We'll talk about dandelion, plantain, yarrow, nettle, violet, mugwort and others, and make a simple salve and vinegar. If you would like, find your favorite oil (coconut oil or olive oil work great), a little beeswax, and some apple cider vinegar to cook along. I'll also use a pan on a stove top, a sieve, and a couple mason jars.

Hi! My name's rabbit, and I love learning about how plant friends reconnect us to our bodies and neighborhood communities. I'm a licensed massage therapist with 4 Corners Yoga Wellness and Imani Massage, and love sharing plants from some of my trainings with Blazing Star Herb School and Milk and Honey Herbs through Boston Community Wellness, creating free gardens and herb shares for our community.
