We can’t think of a better way to spend Valentines Day than enjoying some free and engaging opportunities to relax and take care of ourselves…especially after this past year.
Everything is FREE and geared towards fostering wellness and resilience. Some (not all) of what will be offered on Feb 14 includes:
Guided chair yoga
Self-massage
Mindfulness meditation
Practicing grounding techniques for your brain and body
Zumba
Story time for grown-ups!
Discussion around sexual wellness and positivity
