PRACTICE STATUS:

Currently accepting new clients. Tuesday and Thursday Availability.

As a psychotherapist and community rabbi, I am committed to accompanying people on their journeys toward emotional and spiritual health.  I approach my work understanding the interdependence of individual healing with communal healing and social change. I bring a warm and interactive style to my practice, which can best be described as “eclectic,” as I believe that not one type of therapy is right for everyone. Pulling from psychodynamic (insight-oriented) psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, EMDR, mindfulness/meditation, somatics (the integration of body/mind/spirit), and Jewish tradition, I will tailor my practice to people’s individual needs depending on the particular issues they would like to address in therapy.

I practice with an anti-oppressive framework and am committed to serving traditionally marginalized communities including people of color, queer and transgender/gender non-conforming people, fat people, poly and kink identified people, and people with disabilities.
