I am a white, queer, fat, cis woman and licensed independent clinical social worker who loves to work with adults navigating complicated relationships with their bodies. My approach is rooted in body liberation, fat acceptance, and gender-affirming care. I provide a safe space to navigate your ongoing, ever-changing relationship to your body, prioritizing the gender expansive population, exploring the intersection of gender identity and body image. I am honored to learn and grow alongside my clients and colleagues, and to incorporate the principles of radical acceptance and social justice as together we realize that we are so much more than our bodies.
I graduated from Simmons University’s MSW program in 2021 after practicing as a nutritionist for over 10 years prior. I provide therapy to clients using a combination of narrative, ecosystems, and intersectional approaches, within a liberation framework. My work is rooted in a client-centered and anti-oppressive perspective. My areas of focus are: eating disorders, fat liberation, and gender-affirming care.
